Tri-County Literacy Council is offering a free training program designed to provide wellness strategies especially for persons in employment and education settings. Learn to identify negative thought patterns and free yourself of crippling negativity in a positive and supportive learning environment.

As you progress in the program and learn wellness strategies, you will also improve Essential Skills of reading, writing, numeracy, thinking, oral communication, working with others, document use, digital technology, and continuous learning.

This valuable free training is for those wishing to improve their mental health or help someone else cope.

online learningThis online course (certificate program) is taught via Zoom (an easy-to-use online platform). If you have access to a computer (with camera and microphone), an Internet connection, email address and basic computer skills, this training is for you.
