A Few Words from Our Learners

“It (the course) has helped me realize I bottle everything inside ’til the pressure on the lid pops. It showed me to stop and think about it, if I was having a bad day or am stressed out.”
-Kendra MacIntosh

“Life is a journey and it is okay to ask for help. I knew from the start that it would be a success because the facilitator Betty Healey is an amazing soul and knowledgeable person. Then I met Carol Anne and it was a great pair. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.”
-José Martin

“You will not regret taking the time to improve yourself with this fine institution. ‘Wellness in Uncertain Times’ will help me because a more Zen person gets what needs to be done in a calm manner. It has also helped me with boundaries and how to keep them.”
-Chantal Gilmour

“Try out this free course. It’s very informative.  It made me learn new coping strategies. And showed me how to meditate.”
